Mode Search is delighted to partner with a design-led luxury house known for its limited-edition collections and loyal international following. They’re seeking an experienced Client Advisor to join their beautiful boutique in Mayfair. This role is all about presence, discretion, and delivering a seamless, experience to VIP clients, stylists, and creatives. It\’s ideal for someone with experience in high-end luxury retail. Someone who understands atmosphere, attention to detail, and personal connection. They are looking for someone to be an Ambassador for the brand, who leads by example with providing exceptional service.You’d be part of a close-knit team in a space that feels more like a private salon than a traditional store. We are looking for someone who has a strong sense of style, know how to hold a room with grace, and enjoy being at the cultural intersection of luxury, art, and design.This role requires flexibility to work weekends.The Role:Greet clients and guests, creating a warm and polished welcomeManage guest flow to ensure a smooth, elevated experienceOversee and support appointment-based visits with the teamCommunicate clearly with VIPs, stylists, and visiting teamsAct as the front-facing presence with poise and discretionMaintain store appearance in line with brand standardsAssist with light admin and client-facing logistics as neededConsistently achieve personal and boutique sales targets and KPIsRequirementsMinimum three years’ experience in a sales role; luxury retail experience preferredProven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleaguesStrong customer service orientation with a passion for luxury and beautyOrganised, detail-focused, and adaptable in a dynamic retail environmentComfortable working to sales targets and KPIsFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysFamiliarity with luxury selling ceremonies and the client discovery process is a plusTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive and professional approachPlease note: Due to the volume of applications, we are unable to provide individual feedback at this stage.
