A Cleaning Supervisor who will effectively manage and develop staff and processes to ensure efficient service delivery and high cleanliness standards. Collaborating with the Management team, you will oversee our cleaning services operations, ensuring that our team operates in a safe, efficient, and productive environment. You will perform weekly stock checks of cleaning chemicals and manage orders within budget, while also completing all supervisory tasks to a high standard and within specified deadlines.
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in team management, as staff performance and development are vital aspects of this role. You will be responsible for fostering strong working relationships and encouraging a positive workplace atmosphere. The position is offered on a full-time basis, typically working Monday to Friday between the hours of 19:00-03:30. Successful candidates will need to provide proof of their eligibility to work in the UK from their first day of employment.
