As the Registered Manager, you’ll lead our dedicated team in providing exceptional care for up to 5 young people between 10 and 16 years old. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our home is a warm, safe, and supportive space where children feel valued, respected, and heard.You’ll be the heartbeat of the home – supporting your team, working closely with external professionals, and making sure the service runs smoothly in line with Ofsted requirements.
