We are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced and strategic, innovative and results-oriented Chief Marketing Officer to lead the redefinition and execution of our global marketing strategy and methodology.

TimeXtender automates data integration workflows using metadata and advanced AI. Our low-code solution allows you to rapidly ingest, prepare, and deliver business-ready data, all while reducing operational costs and ensuring your infrastructure is secure and future-proof.

Your role as Chief Marketing Officer:

  • Lead our internationally distributed Marketing team and be responsible for driving a comprehensive marketing approach that accelerates demand generation, strengthens brand visibility and supports revenue growth.
  • Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that accelerates growth, supports sales objectives and positions TimeXtender as the leading, AI-powered, holistic data solution.
  • This is a hands-on leadership role for a builder who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • This is a remote/hybrid role and you must be located in Sweden or the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of TimeXtender’s global marketing strategy across all channels and functions.
  • Build a world-class marketing function covering positioning, brand, digital, product marketing, demand generation and communications.
  • Enable our partner-led sales and ensure first-class support and growth enablement.
  • Work together with our new CRO to set up a direct marketing and sales operations that complements our partner-led sales across our core markets.
  • Work closely with our CPO to nail our product positioning across markets.
  • Partner closely with Product and Sales teams to define go-to-market strategies and support revenue growth.
  • Set, monitor, and report on key growth metrics from lead to closed deal, and continuously work for strong alignment with Sales and Product.
  • Drive the integration and continuous optimisation of a robust, scalable marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless data flow and actionable insights across all channels.
  • Measure and optimise channel performance, customer journeys and marketing ROI.
  • Implement data modelling, predictive analytics and reporting automation to support decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Utilise machine learning and generative AI to surface deep insights, automate routine tasks, and hyper-personalise user journeys.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Represent marketing at the executive level and contribute to overall company strategy and vision.

Requirements:

  • Previous CMO or VP Marketing role in a B2B SaaS company with leadership experience in data management marketing, with a proven record of delivering on growth metrics.
  • Experience from marketing in complex and technical B2B sales.
  • Deep knowledge of the data management ecosystem, buyer personas, trends and product-market dynamics.
  • Experience leading demand generation, content strategy, brand development and digital performance marketing.
  • Experience working across global markets, particularly the US and Europe.
  • Data-driven mindset with fluency in KPIs, marketing analytics, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience in driving and leveraging both positioning and verticalization strategies.
  • Proficiency with modern martech stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Understanding of how to manage a complex portfolio of products with multiple brands, customer audiences, and conversion funnels.
  • Experience managing to a budget and making trade-off decisions between marketing programs, based on quantitative analysis and product outcomes.
  • Strong project management capability and detail orientation.
  • Ability to effectively lead a remote-first team.
  • A collaborative approach to working with senior stakeholders with a variety of reasoned views and expectations.
