This part-time role (2-3 days/week) is perfect for an experienced finance leader looking for flexibility while driving strategic impact. Working closely with our CEO and Executive Team, you’ll shape our financial strategy, enhance forecasting, and strengthen commercial decision-making.This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a commercial mindset, either transitioning to reduced hours or thriving in a portfolio/fractional leadership capacity. You’ll be in our London office 2 days/week, collaborating with a dynamic team to support our mission.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the finance function, managing a senior management accountant and part-time support.Implement recommendations from a recent external review to enhance financial controls and commercial thinking.Develop a 3-year financial forecast and strategy with the CEO and Executive Directors.Oversee monthly reporting, budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, cash flow, and audits.Ensure legal compliance across all financial operations.Provide commercial insights and negotiate fees based on rates and hours.Who You Are10+ years post-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience leading a finance function in a service-based industry.Strong analytical and commercial skills, with expertise in financial forecasting, reporting, and fee negotiations.Exceptional communicator, able to translate financial concepts for non-finance colleagues.Comfortable working with senior leadership and driving sustainable margin improvements.What We OfferSalary: £110-135k p.a. pro rata, based on experience.Bonus: Performance-based bonus opportunity.Leave: 25 days annual leave pro rata (10-15 days) + Christmas office closure.Pension: Up to 7.5% matched contributions.Equity: Potential to acquire company equity after 2 years.Flexibility: Flexible working around core hours to suit your needs.Culture: A diverse, inclusive environment where your voice is valued.Our Commitment to DiversityOur client champions equal opportunities and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of background.
