What you'll be doing - Production Engineer

  • Optimise & Improve: Spot inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement smarter ways of working across mechanical assembly, multi-material joining, electrical build and testing.
  • Own Quality: Take the lead on maintaining and improving quality standards. Dig into root cause analysis, fix issues properly, and ensure products consistently meet high-performance benchmarks.
  • Solve Problems Fast: Be the go-to for production support β€” troubleshooting issues, minimising downtime, and keeping things moving.
  • Create Structure: Develop clear, practical documentation β€” from SOPs to process guidelines β€” that keeps manufacturing running smoothly.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Bring ideas. Challenge the status quo. Reduce cost, improve reliability, and help build a culture where improvement never stops.

What we're looking for - Production Engineer

  • Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering (or HNC + relevant experience)
  • Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Strong background in process improvement and problem solving
  • Familiar with methodologies like 8D, Six Sigma, root cause analysis
  • Calm under pressure, hands-on, and solutions-focused
  • Confident communicator who can work across teams
