There are two positions available, one for someone that has recently become Chartered and one for a Senior Surveyor. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering valuation services for Industrial, Office and Retail properties across Edinburgh and surrounding areas. You will engage with a wide range of clients, including major banks, investors, developers, and operators, providing strategic valuation advice.Conduct valuations of Office, Industrial and Retail properties in accordance with RICS standards.Collaborate with team members to deliver accurate and timely valuation reports.Develop a deep understanding of the Office and Industrial property markets, including trends and regulatory changes.Engage with clients, maintaining and building strong professional relationships.Work as part of a wider multidisciplinary team to provide tailored solutions to complex client needs.Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and risk management procedures.Experience and qualifications you will haveMRICSRICS Registered Valuer status (or in a position to become registered)Minimum 1 year Post Qualification ExperienceFull UK driving licenceExperience in valuing: Industrial, Office and Retail would be ideal
