As a Channel Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and strengthening our presence across the United Kingdom. You will be the primary contact for our UK sales partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while actively growing brand presence and market share. This role requires a strategic and hands-on sales approach, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships, supporting partner teams, and driving sales activities through effective communication and training.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies tailored to the UK market, focusing on channel development, partner engagement, and revenue growth.Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and EPC installers across the UK.Meet and train partner sales teams to ensure strong product knowledge and confidence in selling our solutions.Engage with the market through webinars, online trainings, and marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness and lead generation.Handle day-to-day inquiries and support requests from sales partners and their teams.Communicate regularly with partner teams to collect orders, support pipeline development, and increase our brand’s share of wallet.Travel across the UK to meet clients and key installers, deepening relationships and identifying growth opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, technical support, and logistics to ensure a smooth customer experience.Provide regular feedback and insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in B2B sales or channel management, ideally within the solar, energy storage, or broader renewable energy sector.Strong understanding of the UK renewable energy market and its distribution landscape.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills.A proactive, self-driven attitude with a hands-on approach to customer success and sales growth.Comfortable with regular travel within the UK.Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
