ISS is seeking a Change Control Manager to join our Technical Services function, ensuring robust governance and control of all change activity across a regional portfolio. This role is critical in managing risk, compliance, and the safe delivery of project works within live operational environments.

The role acts as a key interface between clients, project teams, suppliers, and internal operations, ensuring all works are properly assessed, documented, and approved before execution.

Key responsibilities:
  • Review and triage Change Control submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assess RAMS, drawings, and technical documentation to identify risks and gaps
  • Ensure all works comply with governance, standards, and approval processes
  • Lead and coordinate Change Control / CAB meetings with key stakeholders
  • Act as main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams on change activity
  • Monitor, track, and report on Change Control activity and progress
  • Conduct audits (system and site-based) to ensure compliance with standards
  • Investigate breaches and escalate issues where required
  • Manage supplier documentation and ensure timely project handover packs
  • Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on Change Control processes
  • Support continuous improvement and implementation of change management systems and tools
Key requirements:
  • Strong technical understanding of building services (mechanical, electrical, life safety systems)
  • Experience in project delivery, facilities management, or change control environments
  • Knowledge of RAMS, risk management, and safe systems of work
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review technical documentation
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to enforce governance and challenge non-compliance when required
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • IT literate with strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tool skills
  • Strong safety awareness and understanding of compliance requirements
