Your new role As Change and Communications Manager, you\’ll support the delivery of change and engagement activities across the ERP programme. You\’ll work with internal teams and communications partners to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with programme milestones. The role involves coordinating business advocates, supporting internal communications, and helping the organisation navigate a busy change landscape.
