Our client is a c500m AUM sector specialist private equity firm with a strong focus on value creation. They invests exclusively in software, technology, and technology-enabled businesses. They anticipate a fund raise in two years, this represents a fantastic opportunity to join a high performing business and be part of its growth story. This will be the first COO / CFO hire and will suit someone who enjoys implementing best in class processes.COO / CFO Oversight of external administrators based in JerseyCapital Call, investor reportingOversight of internal bookkeeper Quarterly Valuations alongside the investment team. Work with external Tax Partner Lead on AuditsFunds flow model creation, net debt and working capital mechanismOversight of external Legal support, manage legal spend, standardises management terms, Contracts, NDAs, LPA queries Compliance KYC, OnboardingLead on all DD requests Support deal executionAssist with Investor Relations, responding to requests Lead on HRExperience require:Professional qualifications – open to considering people with a Legal or Accountancy Qualification. Private Market Funds experience is essential Excellent communication skills In the office 3-4 days per week.
