We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider for the position of Staff Supervisor in one of their residential care homes in Cornwall. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in care and leadership who is ready to support the home's operational and staffing excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise care staff to maintain high standards of care delivery.
- Oversee HR processes, including rotas, recruitment, training, appraisals, and absence management.
- Act as a key point of contact for HR-related matters, ensuring policy compliance.
- Support the Home Manager and deputise in their absence.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
