🌍 Capital Markets Recruitment – Mid-Level Headhunter (Equity & Macro Research)📍London | 💼 Full-Time | 🏢 Office-based majority of the weekF&L Search, A specialist executive search firm is looking to hire a capital markets recruiter to support their growth across macro and equity research. This is an opportunity to step into a warm, senior-led practice with deep, long-term client relationships in both London and New York, working on high-value, strategic mandates for leading hedge funds, research providers, and asset managers.The focus will be on building and delivering searches across:– Buy-side macro and equity research hiring (strategists, economists, researchers)– Research-led roles at independent research providers (macro, thematic, multi-asset)– Strategic hires within sell-side research (selectively)You’ll work closely with a senior recruiter who has extensive relationships across this space, with an increasing volume of work coming from retained or exclusive mandates.
