We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced GP Receptionist/Administrator to join a busy and friendly GP surgery in Cambridge on a temporary contract basis.
Job Details
- Start Date: 5th June
- Contract Length: Until the end of September (with potential to extend)
- Hours:
- Mondays: 08:30am – 13:00pm
- Fridays: 08:30am – 18:00pm
- Pay Rate: £13 per hour
- System Used: SystmOne (S1)
Duties Include
- Answering incoming calls
- Booking and managing appointments
- Processing prescriptions
- Patient registrations
- Scanning and filing documents
- Front desk/reception duties
- Providing excellent patient customer service
Requirements
- Previous GP surgery experience preferred
- Confident using SystmOne (S1)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Friendly, professional and able to work in a busy environment
