Business Systems Analyst- Salesforce Our client, a global SaaS business is looking for a Business Systems Analyst with Salesforce experience to join them on a permanent basis.You will be gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements specifically related to sales and marketing systems, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions meet the needs of the sales and marketing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & AnalysisWork closely with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed system requirements for sales and marketingProcess ImprovementAnalyse and assess current sales and marketing processes to identify pain points and opportunities for improvementsSystem Design & DefinitionDefine detailed system requirements for sales and marketing platforms, including CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation systems, analytics platforms, and reporting tools.Communication and Change ManagementProvide ,communication to finance stakeholders regarding system changes, expected impacts, timelines, and training.Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption.Key Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting sales and/or marketing functionsExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.Salesforce certifications are preferred.Additional detailsRemote with occasional office visits If you have the desired skills and experience and would like to find out more please apply to this advert by following the link below and attaching a copy of your most recent CV.
