Business Development Manager – Solution Sales – YorkOverview#TeamCandour are looking to add a Business Development Manager with experience in selling solutions to play a crucial role in spearheading the physical security side of our clients business. This role is to work out of the office on the outskirts of York on a hybrid basis.Responsibilities:Support all sales teams in developing strategic customer relationshipsOwn and achieve a defined gross profit (GP) target, monitoring P&L performance and driving pipeline activity.Collaborate with marketing to create and execute tailored campaigns that support growth and customer engagement.Manage the relationship , including partner status, accreditations, joint planning, resource alignment, and regular business reviews.Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base while ensuring SLAs and service expectations are consistently met.Oversee internal processes such as vendor days, documentation management, and cross-team communicationQualifications:Experience in IT or technology B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer engagement.Strong communication and presentation skills, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.Comfortable delivering training, product knowledge sessions, or team enablement activities.Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Curious?
