- Excellent commercial and strategic thinking skills, with a strong grasp of tender processes and government procurement
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities – capable of navigating multicultural business environments
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Fluent English is essential; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is highly desirable
