Business Analyst Location: London - 2 days per week Salary - Β£45,000 - Β£50,400 plus benefits Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving change, supporting business improvements, and enabling successful project delivery. Working across the organisation, you\'ll bridge the gap between business needs and agile delivery teams, ensuring requirements are translated into solutions that achieve real business value.Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.Support the creation and refinement of user stories and product backlogs within agile teams.Work closely with IT teams, product managers, and DevOps - translating requirements into user stories and contributing within specific scrums.Operate in both traditional waterfall approaches and agile delivery.Carry out business process mapping with detailed documentation.Analyse data to identify trends, insights and opportunities for improvement.Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Business Analyst preferably within Financial ServicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working in both Agile and Waterfall/Hybrid project environments.Proficient in business process mapping and documentation tools.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.If you have the above experience please submit your CV immediately ...
