URGENT – Business Analyst (Mortgage Servicing) – Contract Denholm\’s financial services client are undergoing a complex end-to-end transformation programme including platform migration. They currently require a Business Analyst with strong Mortgage Servicing knowledge to join them on a contract basis. Duration: 12 months (initially) Location: Remote (2 days onsite in Carlisle a month) Day Rate: Β£550 p/day (inside IR35)Start Date: ASAPSkills / knowledge required:Senior Business AnalystStrong understanding of the mortgage market Previous experience on mortgage related projects Experience in Product, Operations or Sales role within mortgages prior to becoming a BAStrong knowledge of mortgage servicing Full project lifecycle Ability to take high level requirements and create lower level detailsStrong stakeholder & 3rd party management Experience working with offshore system integrator Understand the Product Owner / Business Analyst relationshipAbility to work autonomouslyTechnical skills: Confluence, Jira, MS Whiteboard (or similar customer journey tool like Miro)Ideally you will be available to start on less than 4 weeks notice.
