🚨 Contract Opportunity: Senior Business Analyst / Consultant Location: Working from home with some travel to Berkshire for workshops Duration: ASAP start – End of December 2025 (5 months)About the Role: We’re seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst / Consultant (10 years plus) to lead organisational design and process work during a period of significant change. You will work closely with senior stakeholders in the reporting and information team, supporting high-level process creation, governance design, and stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities: βœ… Lead organisational design efforts, including defining new ways of working and creating process-based playbooks. βœ… Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders. βœ… Design RACI models, decision-making frameworks, governance structures, KPIs, and clear job descriptions. βœ… Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure the right people are involved at each stage. βœ… Support delivery of commercial and operational processes, including bid-to-market, customer onboarding, pipeline to booking, order-to-cash, and finance-linked processes. βœ… Provide tactical guidance on how to navigate the organisation effectively during change.Requirements: βœ” Proven track record leading high-level process work in complex organisations. βœ” Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to keep calm under pressure. βœ” Strong understanding of governance, KPIs, stakeholder management, and organisational dynamics. βœ” Experience in designing and implementing playbooks or process documentation. βœ” Comfortable working across technology, finance, sales operations, and commercial processes.Additional Information:This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for a confident consultant with at least 10 years experience as a BA who can operate independently.The ideal candidate is adaptable, with excellent communication skills and mental flexibility to navigate evolving requirements.πŸ“© Interested?
