As a Co-Founder at EVONA, I'm excited to be growing our team and looking for ambitious, high-performing Recruitment Consultants to join us. What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years' experience in recruitment
  • Proven 360 experience - confident in winning new business, developing existing accounts, and delivering top talent
  • Strong track record of making placements and driving revenue

Ideal background:

  • Experience within a small to medium-sized recruitment business
  • Exposure to hiring for VC-backed startups (Pre-Seed through Series B/C)
  • Comfortable leveraging AI and modern tools to enhance recruitment processes
