An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Systems Engineer in our Fire and Security Systems business team. This role will be covering Bristol and the surrounding area.
What you will be doing:
- Carry out a rolling programme of preventative maintenance
- Rectify all faults
- Carry out weekly testing
- Collection/recording of site tests configuration information
- Maintain client stock (spares) levels
- Provide training to customers and colleagues as required
- Maintain customers asset register information
- Carry out any additional tasks that may be required
What we are looking for:
- An Electrical/Electronic qualification
- GENT training certification
- A broad IT knowledge, i.e. Windows, Excel, etc.
- Knowledge of basic electrical principles such as measuring voltage and current drain
- Good attention to detail in order to ensure that all paperwork is correctly completed and procedures are followed within the allotted timescales.
