NEOS Engineering are recruiting for an experienced Heavy Plant Engineer to join a leading OEM specialising in Articulated Dump Trucks (ADT) and heavy construction equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Plant Engineer, Diesel Mechanic or Field Service Engineer looking to join a globally recognised manufacturer offering industry-leading training, strong overtime and long-term progression.

The Role

  • Service, maintenance and repair of heavy plant machinery
  • Working on ADTs, excavators, loaders, dumpers and material handling equipment
  • Mobile field service role covering Bristol, Bath, Swindon and Gloucester
  • Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic diagnostics and repairs
  • Breakdown response and preventative maintenance

The Candidate

  • Experience working on construction plant, quarrying or heavy equipment
  • Experience with brands such as JCB, CAT, Komatsu, Volvo or Liebherr advantageous
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Plant Maintenance, Agricultural Engineering or similar
  • Strong diesel engine and hydraulic knowledge
  • Full UK Driving Licence
