We are working with a PE-backed healthcare business across the UK and Europe, that is looking to connect with AI & Automation Leads who can identify and unlock value across the organisation.
This is not a traditional AI role focused on building models or tooling. This is a senior leadership team position reporting to the board, so you will need experience taking a top-down view of a business and identifying where AI and automation can drive real impact across operations, workforce, sales, customer workflows and product.
The types of environments this applies to:
- Healthcare services (e.g. care / workforce-heavy models)
- Medtech / product-led businesses
- Digital health, CRO and data-led environments
We are interested in people who have:
- Worked from a standing start or low maturity (e.g. early ChatGPT / fragmented use)
- Identified and prioritised high-impact use cases across the business
- Driven early implementation and proven ROI quickly
- Helped embed AI into core workflows, not just experimentation
- Shaped how capability is built (internal teams, interim support, external partners)
The focus is typically:
- Operational efficiency and cost reduction
- Revenue and commercial performance
- Workflow automation and scalability
