    • Partner with product teams to integrate brand elements seamlessly into user interfaces and digital products.
    • Ensure visual consistency and quality across all brand expressions—both physical and digital.
  • Creative Exploration & Innovation
    • Introduce new design trends, techniques, and technologies to keep brand visuals fresh and future-forward.
    • Explore AI-assisted tools and interactive/3D branding to push creative boundaries.
  • Collaboration & Creative Leadership

  • A portfolio that demonstrates top-tier branding, campaign work, and multi-platform visual execution.
  • Deep understanding of visual strategy, brand systems, typography, colour theory, and layout.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Experience in designing for digital-first brands, including web, social media, and motion.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; capable of explaining design rationale to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • A desire to push creative boundaries and produce award-winning work.
  • Open to learning Web3 concepts—blockchain-specific knowledge is not required but is a plus.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with 3D design tools (e.g. Cinema 4D, Blender) or integrating 3D into branding.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and tools like After Effects.
