We're looking for a ServiceNow Platform Implementation Solution Specialist to join our growing Digital Customer Experience practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of customer, employee, and technology transformation, designing and delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design & Deliver ServiceNow Solutions
- Work across key workflow areas including:
- Customer Experience (CSM, Field Service, Portals)
- Technology Experience (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)
- Employee Experience (HRSD, Onboarding, Workplace Services)
- Enhance User Experience
- Build intuitive interfaces using Next Experience UI
- Develop role-based dashboards with UI Builder & Service Portal
- Create seamless and engaging user journeys
- Integration & Data Management
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (CRM, HR, eCommerce)
- Use REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub to enable end-to-end workflows
- Support data migration and alignment across platforms
- Leverage modern data capabilities like workflow data fabric & RaptorDB
What We're Looking For
- Proven ServiceNow experience
- Employee Experience Workflow Applications - HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Onboarding and Transitions, Workplace Service Delivery
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and employee lifecycle experiences
- Technical expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Role is remote / flexible UK wide (you might be requested to go to the nearest office to you from time to time).
