Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering, with hands-on experience using GCP.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
  • Practical experience with GitOps and Argo CD.
  • Experience with infrastructure orchestration tools, preferably Crossplane.
  • Experience implementing or maintaining policy-as-code using OPA Gatekeeper or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and platform security.
  • Ability to design systems with scalability, reliability, and governance in mind.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and operate a Kubernetes platform using Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE & GKE Autopilot).
  • Implement and maintain GitOps-based application deployment workflows using Argo CD.
  • Develop and manage infrastructure orchestration using Crossplane.
  • Define and enforce platform governance and policy controls with OPA Gatekeeper.
  • Integrate policy enforcement with infrastructure provisioning and application workflows.
  • Enable secure and scalable self-service capabilities for engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with security, SRE, and application teams to improve platform reliability and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot platform, deployment, and infrastructure issues across environments.
  • Continuously improve platform standards, automation, and operational maturity.
