Looking for a senior engineering leader who can build and scale Triple's Forward Deployment Engineering function from the ground up. You will define how we integrate AI agents into the core systems of major banks, set the technical standard for every deployment, and grow a team of FDEs who deliver at the intersection of engineering and client success.

Our AI agents automate the dispute workflows for card issuers, from intake and classification through evidence evaluation and scheme submission to Mastercard and Visa. What you will do:
- Build and lead the Forward Deployment Engineering team: hire, mentor, and set the technical bar for engineers who work directly inside bank environments.
- Define the integration architecture and reusable frameworks that allow Triple's AI agents to connect with any core banking system, card processor, or dispute platform.
- Own the technical quality of every client integration, from secure API design and data pipeline reliability to compliance with bank-grade security requirements.
- Create scalable deployment tooling, integration templates, and automation that reduce time-to-live for new clients from months to weeks.
- Work hands-on with the most complex integrations, setting the example for the team and unblocking critical deployments personally when needed.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate integration patterns and client constraints into platform capabilities.
- Establish processes for knowledge sharing across deployments so that every integration makes the next one faster.
What you need:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years leading or managing a technical team.
- Deep experience integrating with enterprise systems in financial services, payments, or similarly regulated industries.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL. Hands-on experience with API design, data pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
- Track record of building engineering teams or functions from early stage, including hiring, process design, and technical culture.
- Comfortable operating in complex bank environments with layered security, compliance requirements, and multiple stakeholders.
- Pragmatic engineering judgment: you know when to build for reuse and when to ship fast for a specific client.
- Excellent communication skills for both engineering peers and senior client stakeholders.
- English fluency required. Additional European languages are a strong plus.
