adi Automotive Vehicle Charging Solutions is seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Supervisor to lead and deliver small to medium-sized electrical projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on position, requiring active involvement in installation, testing, and commissioning, alongside effective supervision of site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering small to medium-sized electrical projects, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborating closely with the Project Engineer to effectively coordinate labour, materials, and project timelines.
- Interpreting and implementing method statements and risk assessments to ensure safe and compliant project delivery.
- Supervising subcontractors, maintaining high standards of work and adherence to specifications.
- Carrying out regular site safety audits.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, site engineers, and key stakeholders through clear communication.
- Procuring materials by liaising with wholesalers, obtaining competitive quotations, and managing purchase orders.
- Overseeing testing, commissioning, and project completion to ensure full compliance with relevant regulations.
About You:
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within industrial and/or commercial environments.
- City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 qualification (Inspection & Testing), with strong knowledge of condition reporting.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- Level 3 Inspection, Testing & Certification of Electrical Installations.
- SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- ECS Gold Card.
