An exciting opportunity to join a growing Technology & Transformation capability supporting high-impact Defence & Security programmes. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, architecture, and business transformation, delivering mission-critical solutions using the Palantir platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimise data pipelines and ETL workflows within Palantir Foundry
  • Develop scalable data models and architect robust Foundry solutions
  • Transform complex, multi-source data into structured, high-quality assets
  • Implement data governance, lineage, and quality frameworks
  • Develop applications within the Palantir ecosystem (low-code and pro-code)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions that deliver measurable outcomes

Required Experience & Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and/or Gotham
  • Strong background in data engineering, including ETL and pipeline development
  • Experience working with batch, streaming, and unstructured data
  • Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
  • Understanding of data modelling, system design, and scalable architectures
  • Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and security principles
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with SDLC, version control, and CI/CD practices

Security Requirements

Candidates must have an active UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
