As part of our dedicated team, you will provide crucial high-intensity interventions through trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy (TF-CBT) and, if qualified, EMDR therapy.

What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy (TF-CBT) to individuals referred to the Ascend Service.
- Where qualified and accredited, apply Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
- Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, North Staffordshire Combined NHS Trust, VCSE partners, and the Staffordshire police crime commissioner, ensuring comprehensive client care.
- Adapt therapeutic approaches to accommodate individuals from various cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters where necessary.
- Maintain professional BABCP registration, using your post-qualification experience to support clients who have experienced trauma.
