Are you a skilled Bid Writer with a passion for crafting compelling submissions that win work? We’re looking for a talented individual to join a dynamic and growing team within a leading property services organisation.

About the Role

As a Bid Writer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the company’s work-winning strategy. You’ll manage and write high-quality responses for Selection Questionnaires (SQs), Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS), and tender submissions across a range of property services, including facilities management, social housing, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end bid process for SQs and DPS applications.
  • Research clients and opportunities to tailor submissions effectively.
  • Draft and edit high-quality, persuasive content using AI tools and internal resources.
  • Maintain and update a central bid library, including case studies and performance data.
  • Support CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate bid tracking and reporting.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the bid coordination team, including inbox and portal management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in bid writing, ideally within FM, social housing, or property compliance.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a creative and insightful approach.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and multitasking abilities.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent.
  • APMP Foundation (essential); Practitioner (desirable).
