As a Backend Software Engineer you will join a small, Agile team using core Java within a TDD environment deploying to AWS. You will design and develop new features and enhancements across two security product areas, working across the full development lifecycle; you will be able to input ideas and have your voice heard in a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge sharing.
Location: You will join colleagues in amazing offices in London five days a week with a wide range of facilities and an array of perks including free, chef cooked meals.
About you:
- You have strong backend core Java development skills
- You have a strong knowledge of software engineering best practices and have experience with TDD
- You have a good knowledge of SQL and Networking (TCP/IP)
- You have a thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns
- You are collaborative, with Pair Programming experience
- You enjoy problem solving and are keen to pick up new skills
