B2 Avionics Engineer

Role DescriptionWe are recruiting a full-time B2 Avionics Licenced Engineer to join our growing team at our Sywell Aerodrome, Northampton headquarters. The hub of our heavy maintenance operations, our Sywell base supports a varied fleet of VIP and Air Ambulance aircraft consisting AW109 and AW169 variants at the base and across local line stations.The successful candidate will work as part of a growing team of Engineers ensuring that aircraft are maintained to a consistently high standard and in line with our customers’ requirements.Main duties and responsibilities: Carry out routine, unscheduled and modification aircraft maintenance tasksCarry out line and AOG maintenance activities and defect rectificationChampion safety and quality across the departmentQualificationsApplicants must hold a UK CAA B2 licenceApplicants will need to have experience in either rotary or fixed-wing avionics Applicants will need a full UK driving licenceBenefitsCompetitive salaryOvertime availableMonday to Friday 0830-170020 days leave plus eight bank holidaysThree days of additional leave at ChristmasPrivate medical coverIf you are ready to take on this exciting challenge, please submit your CV and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience to Andrea Peel APeel@sloanehelicopters.com and Neil Lockwood NLockwood@sloanehelicopters.com
