We are working with a top-tier national law firm based in Belfast for a Solicitor to join their Corporate team. The Role:The successful candidate will join a market-leading corporate team, advising on areas including M&A, corporate restructurings, private equity, buy-outs, joint ventures, and more. The candidate will work on cross-border transactions, with some of the largest companies from a range of industries.
