Working with diverse clients across various industries ODRL offers tailored outplacement services that support employees through transitions and beyond.As an Outplacement Consultant, you will provide expert guidance and support to individuals undergoing career transitions. You will work closely with clients to help them identify their strengths, develop job search strategies and secure new employment opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct personalised career coaching sessions with clients to assess their skills, interests, and career goalsDevelop and implement tailored job search strategies, including CV writing, interview preparation and networking techniquesFacilitate workshops and webinars on various career transition topics.Provide clients with access to job search resources and toolsOffer emotional support and motivation to clients throughout their transition processStay up-to-date with industry trends and job market developmentsExperience and QualificationsAt least 5 years’ experience in designing and delivering 1-1 and group outplacement servicesPost graduate levels qualifications in Human Resources, Career Counselling, Psychology, or a related field.Proven experience in career coaching, outplacement services, or a related fieldStrong understanding of job search strategies, resume writing, and interview techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEmpathy and the ability to provide emotional support to clientsAbility to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneouslyProficiency in using virtual communication tools and job search platformsPlease submit your CV and a cover letter describing your relevant experience to enquiries@odrl.org .
