Corporate Associate (1–4 PQE) – Life Sciences-Focused Practice | LondonAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1–4 PQE Corporate Associate to join a highly regarded international team in London, known for delivering high-impact work with a strong cross-border focus.The team advises across a broad range of corporate matters including private M&A, venture capital, joint ventures, and equity/debt capital markets, with a standout specialism in the life sciences sector. Clients span from major global pharmaceutical companies to high-growth biotech and tech businesses.This role offers the chance to step into a close-knit team environment where associates are given meaningful responsibility from the outset, working directly with partners and senior lawyers on high-value, cross-border transactions.
