A standout opportunity has come up with our client, a leading global law firm, for an Associate to join their civil fraud team in London. You’ll be involved in some of the most high-profile, cross-border fraud disputes out there, working on complex and market-shaping cases from day one. The RoleThis position offers the chance to work on large-scale, multi-jurisdictional civil fraud cases, often involving complex asset recovery strategies and substantial values—many exceeding $1 billion. The team frequently acts on matters involving emergency relief such as freezing injunctions, search orders and related interim applications. The work is predominantly cross-border and often connected to enforcement of international arbitration awards and judgments.The team offers a strong litigation pipeline, with associates gaining consistent exposure to court work, including appearances at hearings throughout the year.
