Are you struggling to get over the line with your APC training? Are you working for a large corporate and looking for something a bit different? Do you want to work in the city centre?An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established consultancy with a national presence based in Bristol. This company, established over 50-years\’ ago employ 50 staff across three regions. They have an existing Bristol office and have recently relocating to larger premises in the city centre to support their growth and presence in the South West. Some key points include:Suited to a candidate who is struggling to get the range of experience or critical analysis project to pass their APC interview. The practice are focused on delivering quality, therefore there is a emphasis on training and becoming chartered. Two existing team members have passed their APC interview in the past 12-months (both first time).Working directly with the National Head of Building Surveying (also based in Bristol) and part of a national department of seven.Regional and national client base (mix of professional and project work) – instructions will mainly be along the M4 corridor and South Wales.Flat management structure where you will have access to the owners of the business.Lots of company investment in building surveying services with further expansion plans.Excellent employee retention – many have worked for the business for 10+ years.The hiring manager is looking for an individual with a minimum 12-months post degree experience and either working towards final assessment with the RICS or just achieved chartered status.Employee benefits include; 25 days holiday (plus additional 3 days at Christmas), private healthcare (after successful completion of probation period), life insurance, local car parking permit, flexible working and working from home options. The provision of a car allowance will be considered.
