The CompanyOur client is a private Investment Company with a large Central London mixed-use portfolio. This role will focus on their commercial assets- mostly mixed-use business space led assets.Role responsibilitiesLeading and implementing agreed AM leasing initiatives including capex programmes, new lettings, lease regears, renewals, rent reviews and dilapidationsEnsuring each asset is in a ‘ready-to-lease’ positionMaintaining a proactive and pre-emptive approach to tenant and event engagement.Assisting with the sales transactions processAssisting with the formulation of asset plans for existing assets and prospective purchases.Assisting with the cost-benefit-analysis of individual asset management initiatives.Candidate profileMRICS (2-4 years PQE) qualified with experience in Central London market focused asset management, agency or lease advisory.Strong track record of dynamic leasing activity.Good understanding of rent reviews, renewals and dilapidationsExcellent industry agent contacts.Strong negotiation and sharp commercial acumen.Solid analytical skillsRemunerationA likely basic salary range of up to £65,000- dependent on prior experience- plus benefits (including private healthcare) and bonus.For further information on this opportunity or to apply for this role please contact Lucy Cook- call 0203 854 3872, email l.cook@falmouthfairfax.com or click the apply link.
