You’ll partner with the Head of Copy to lead a talented creative studio, shaping standout work across advertising, TVC, social, and integrated campaigns. It’s a varied role spanning creative direction, mentoring and creative concept development.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading concept development and art direction across integrated campaigns
- Rolling up your sleeves – this is a hands-on role, not just top-line thinking
- Managing and mentoring (alongside the Head of Copy) a tight-knit creative team
- Signing off creative work and presenting to clients with clarity and confidence
- Contributing to creative briefs, award submissions and new business pitches
