We’re seeking a motivated Apprenticeship Skills Coach to deliver high-impact, learner-centred support for Level 5 Coaching Professional and leadership apprenticeship programmes.________________________________________🔍 The RoleAs a Skills Coach, you will manage a remote caseload of learners, guiding them through their apprenticeship journey. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality coaching, tailored support, and regular progress tracking to ensure every learner reaches their full potential and successfully completes their programme.________________________________________🛠️ Key Responsibilities• Coach and mentor learners on Level 5 Coaching Professional and Leadership/Management standards.• Deliver engaging 1:1 coaching sessions and group learning via virtual platforms.• Prepare learners for End-Point Assessment (EPA) and ensure timely achievement.• Track progress and implement interventions where necessary to maintain engagement.• Liaise with employers to ensure training aligns with business needs and apprenticeship criteria.• Maintain accurate and compliant records in line with funding and Ofsted requirements.• Provide pastoral support and motivation to learners facing challenges.• Stay current with industry trends to enhance delivery and learner outcomes.________________________________________✅ What We’re Looking For• Proven experience coaching or training learners in apprenticeship or education settings.• Experience delivering Coaching Professional Level 5 and/or leadership/management programmes.• Recognised assessor qualification (e.g. CAVA, TAQA, A1).• Level 5 Coaching qualification is highly desirable.• Vocational expertise in Coaching and Management.• Strong organisational and communication skills.• Confident working independently in a fully remote role.• A genuine passion for supporting learners to thrive in their careers.________________________________________For more information or to apply, contact:Simon Atkins📞 0191 3000513📱 07894 752230
