Perks include:• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays• 4 well-being days per year• Work fully remote for up to 3 weeks annually• Funded qualifications & ongoing CPD• Free on-site parking• Supportive team with a clear focus on learner outcomes________________________________________📌 The OpportunityAs Apprenticeship Quality & Learner Experience Manager, you’ll take a proactive leadership role in shaping the learner journey, embedding quality across apprenticeship programmes, and ensuring Ofsted and funding body readiness.Reporting to the Head of Apprenticeship Programmes, you\'ll drive best practice in learner engagement, compliance, internal audit, and improvement strategies.This is a hands-on, hybrid position—typically requiring 3–4 days per week on-site in Stafford.________________________________________🔍 Key ResponsibilitiesQuality & Compliance• Lead lesson observations and provide constructive feedback to delivery teams• Ensure programmes align with DfE and Skills England regulations• Coordinate IQA processes with learner progress reviews and feedback insightsInspection Readiness• Play a key role in Ofsted preparation and attend inspections• Maintain robust QA records and audit trails• Support internal and external audits with timely and accurate evidenceLearner Experience & Engagement• Manage learner voice activity—surveys, feedback loops, focus groups• Oversee comms: welcome packs, updates, newsletters• Coordinate CPD, enrichment, peer mentoring and alumni activitiesData & Impact• Monitor learner destinations, withdrawals and achievement trends• Use data analysis to guide curriculum development and learner support• Collaborate with marketing to share success stories and learner impact________________________________________✅ What We’re Looking ForExperience & Knowledge• Proven background in quality assurance within apprenticeships ideally within Business Support or Professional service standards, e.g Leadership and Management• Strong understanding of Ofsted EIF and inspection preparation• Experience of managing Skills England/DfE compliance• Experience of managing Learner and Employer experience and driving efficiencies and best practiseQualifications• Level 4 IQA qualification (e.g. TAQA) – Essential• Level 5 Leadership or Quality-related qualification – Desirable• Ongoing CPD in quality, audit or curriculum welcomedSkills & Attributes• Strategic thinker with hands-on, collaborative leadership style• Excellent communication, stakeholder and coaching skills• Data-literate and detail-oriented with a passion for learner success• Organised, proactive, and comfortable leading quality across teams________________________________________💬 Ready to Apply?If you’re passionate about quality, learner engagement, and driving continuous improvement in apprenticeship delivery—we’d love to hear from you.📩 Apply now or get in touch for a confidential chat.📞 Call Simon Atkins on 07894 752230
