Venn Group are currently recruiting for an ASB/Legal Officer to work with a reputable housing provider in the Chadderton areaPosition: Anti Social Behaviour/Legal OfficerLocation: ChaddertonSalary: £34,900 per annumContract: 6-Month Fixed Term ContractHours: Full-time, 37 hours per weekKey Responsibilities include:Preparing and serving a variety of legal documents in relation to housing enforcementDrafting and managing Notices of Seeking Possession (NOSPs)Preparing and submitting injunction applications in line with legislationEnsuring compliance with housing standards and addressing property condition issuesApplying for and managing access injunctions to support service deliveryWorking closely with colleagues, legal teams, and external agencies to achieve positive outcomesEssential Criteria:Strong knowledge and proven skill set in preparing legal documentationExperience handling NOSPs and injunction applicationsUnderstanding of housing compliance and property condition enforcementAbility to manage complex caseloads effectively and within deadlinesDriving license and access to your own vehicleTo applyPlease reply to this advert with your up-to-date CV, or contact Simon or Dan on 07441 916450
