Amazon Marketplace ManagerWe’re working with a fast-growing eCommerce business based in Mill Hill, London, who are looking for an Amazon Marketplace Manager to take ownership of their Amazon Seller Central account across the UK and EU. This is a key role within the team, focused on driving performance through strategic advertising, listing optimisation, and data-led growth.You’ll work closely with the Head of eCommerce and have real ownership over the account—ideal for someone experienced, confident, and ready to make an impact.Key Responsibilities:Amazon Listings & OptimisationManage and optimise product listings across UK and EU marketplacesWrite and edit high-performing titles, bullet points, descriptions and backend keywords (with SEO in mind)Use tools such as Helium 10 to improve ranking and conversionRun split tests and A/B experiments on titles, content and imagesEnsure all listings are brand-appropriate and compliant with Amazon policiesAmazon Advertising (PPC)Plan, run and optimise campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display)Monitor ACoS, TACoS and ROI to improve performanceConduct keyword research, bid adjustments and regular reviewsUse Amazon’s Advertising Console, Search Query Performance, and third-party tools to guide strategyDevelop launch campaigns for new products and seasonal promotionsPerformance Tracking & Market AnalysisTrack product and ad performance, producing weekly and monthly reportsAnalyse competitor listings, pricing, keywords and promotional activityMonitor account health and ensure ongoing complianceWork closely with the Head of eCommerce on growth plans and promotional calendarsWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum 2 years’ experience managing Amazon Seller CentralStrong track record in PPC campaign management and performance improvementDeep understanding of Amazon listing optimisation and keyword strategyComfortable using Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, Campaign Manager, and Excel/Google SheetsExcellent written English and strong attention to detailConfident working across both UK and EU marketplacesWhat’s on Offer:WFH every FridayCareer progression as the Amazon and eCommerce channels continue to growA collaborative and supportive team environmentAutonomy and ownership of a key channelA culture that values performance, innovation and continuous learning Location: Mill Hill, London (Fridays WFH) Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 (depending on experience) Working Hours: Full-time Reports to: Head of eCommerce
