Principal AI Solutions Consultant - UK Remote We are seeking a Principal AI Consultant to lead the design and delivery of AI solutions for our enterprise customers. You will bridge customer strategy and technical execution — turning real-world problems into scalable AI outcomes using our platform, models, blueprints, and services.This is a customer-facing role requiring deep AI/ML expertise, solution architecture experience, and the ability to lead engagements from discovery to delivery. You’ll work across pre-sales, POVs, training, and deployment — ensuring every customer extracts value from the product stack.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as lead technical advisor to enterprise customers on their AI strategy and architectureTranslate business goals into AI blueprint solutions using our platform and servicesLead proof-of-value engagements, model deployments, and customer enablementDesign fine-tuning, inference, and integration workflows using our AI infrastructure and toolsCollaborate with Product, Platform Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure solution fit and deployment successContribute to reusable use cases and blueprint librariesRepresent us in technical discussions with stakeholders, partners, and industry forumsRequired Qualifications8+ years in AI/ML consulting, applied data science, or AI solution architectureStrong Python, ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow), and orchestration tools (e.g., MLflow, Ray, Kubeflow)Experience delivering enterprise AI projects — including LLMs, classification, recommendation, or optimization workloadsHands-on knowledge of GPU-based training and inferencing pipelinesExcellent communication and workshop facilitation skills with senior business and technical stakeholdersSuccess MetricsNumber of successful POV-to-production conversionsTime-to-value on delivered AI use casesCustomer NPS and satisfaction from technical leadershipReusability of delivered architectures in industry blueprintsWhy Join UsDeliver transformational AI in sovereign and sustainable environmentsBuild the reference use cases shaping UK enterprise AICollaborate with experts in infrastructure, carbon, and enterprise AICompetitive comp, equity, and deep customer impact
