We’re a recruitment business investing in automation to improve how we reach and engage with customers and candidates. We’re working with an external automation partner and looking to hire a technically sharp, early-career specialist to join us. This person will collaborate with the partner and, over time, take full ownership of our internal automation systems.

We believe Clay will play a big part of this role, and we are willing to support and pay for Clay certifications where applicable. This is more of a no-code, low-code kind of role; we are looking for someone with technical aptitude and curiosity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our external automation agency to implement and maintain workflows.
  • Learn and eventually own the use of Clay for lead generation and workflow automation (we will fund your certification and training).
  • Connect and optimise systems across tools such as n8n, Airtable, Instantly, Maildoso, and RapidBuild and maintain low-code automation workflows that support marketing, sales, and delivery.
  • Work directly with the sales and marketing teams to identify problems and deliver practical automation solutions.
  • Track performance and continuously improve workflows to drive ROI.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong technical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Some experience with low-code/no-code tools, APIs, or workflow automation (can be personal, educational, or professional).
  • A background in computer science or similar field, or relevant commercial experience.
  • Curiosity and a clear interest in the intersection of tech, marketing, and sales.
  • Eagerness to learn, experiment, and take ownership of your work.
Why Join Us?
  • Autonomy from day one, with support from an experienced agency.
  • A chance to become the most technical person in a fast-growing business.
  • Funded training and certifications in Clay and other tools.
  • A practical, results-first culture that values real outcomes over buzzwords.
