Agile Delivery ManagerRemote-first (flex to travel if needed)£90,000 – £105,000 – PermanentCurrently in search of a Agile Delivery Manager to join one of the UK’s leading digital transformation consultancies supporting large-scale transformation programmes to the Public Sector.Acting as the engagement lead on multiple projects supporting new business activity. As a senior leader within the delivery practice you’ll pioneer the collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams and provide support across the business and clients.What you’ll be doing as an Delivery Manager:• Coach and lead teams in many different agile methods and practices• Propose and deliver strategic, cultural and innovative change• Ensure communities of practice are represented and function at a strategic level• Define the recruitment processes for delivery managers and work to support the delivery community of practice.Experience you should have as an Delivery Manager:• A strong public sector consulting background is required• A leader of multiple teams and people with the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary squad• Strong user-centred design and agile experience• GDS (Government Digital Service) framework experience is essentialThe Package:• £90,000 - £105,000• Company bonus• Pension scheme• 25 days annual leave + public holidays• Life assurance• Flexible benefits packageTo hear more about our Principal Delivery Manager, get in touch with Connor Smyth at Anson McCade on 020 7780 6706.
