A combination organic growth, alongside some strategic partnerships, has seen them maintain an ever steady position as a market leader across the space.And the growth shows no signs of slowing down!With a truly customer first approach they provide full fleet management and tracking solutions to a multitude of sectors including insurance, fleet, retail & OEMs. Known for their well-structured deals and exceptional customer experience, they have brilliant account base to which they operate as a true strategic partner.A unique opportunity for a people centric, strategic sales individual to develop and maintain relationships with dealers across Northern UK.This is not one to be missed!OpportunityCovering the North£35,000 – £40,000 basic30%+ of basic OTECar allowance of £450 per month4% employer pension contributionLife Insurance25 days holiday + Bank holidayThe role has come around as a result of multiple new partnerships and a huge influx of business to be managed. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with dealers in your patch, increasing sales through training sales teams, promoting product knowledge and keeping track of your dealers performance to identify areas in which you can improve the portfolio.What’s in it for me?This role will set you up for future promotion. The manager is not someone who likes to micromanage and gives you the trust to achieve the agreed targets. But, if you do need help, you only need to reach out and ask and you will have plenty of support.You’ll be doing this:Delivering face-to-face onboarding and ongoing training to a network of automotive dealerships.Supporting partnerships with clients such as supporting dealer queries and training needs.Developing effective working relationships with automotive dealer groups throughout the UK, so that they realise the full benefits of using the company\’s leading-edge fleet and stolen vehicle recovery & telematics solutions.And you’ll need this:Experience within the dealer services space will be beneficial.You need to be someone with ambition, and drive to develop your career. This is not a role for someone who is looking to coast and achieve the bare minimum.Experience with aftermarket solutions will be beneficial (E.G. GAP, Paint Protection).
