A fast-growing, well-funded music fintech is looking for a proactive Account Manager to lead expansion in the French market. If you’re passionate about music and excited by the opportunity to help artists unlock the value of their catalogues, this could be your next big move.
Sitting at the intersection of music, data and finance, you’ll be instrumental in scaling the company’s presence in France, working directly with artists and their teams to deliver innovative, flexible financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with French artists, managers, and music industry stakeholders
- Clearly communicate the benefits of flexible catalogue buyouts and support artists through each stage of the process
- Own the full sales cycle, from sourcing and prospecting through to deal negotiation and close
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and deepen the French pipeline
- Represent the company at key music industry events, conferences, and artist showcases
- Work cross-functionally with sourcing, underwriting, legal, and analytics teams to ensure seamless deal execution
- Use data insights to optimise processes and identify high-potential opportunities
- Stay current with music industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor activity within the French market
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years’ experience in an artist-facing role at a label, DSP, publishing company, management firm or music finance company, with deep knowledge of the French music market
- Bilingual fluency in English and French
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of music deal structures
- Self-starter with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisation and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in music, media, business or a related field
- Experience in a B2B sales role is a plus
